We process the files you upload so you can get a cutout back. We delete them immediately after. We do not sell your data. We do not have accounts to track you with. We collect anonymous analytics so we know what is broken and what is being used.

When you use the automatic tool, your file is sent to a processing server, held in memory while a model runs on it, and deleted as soon as the result is returned. We do not write your file to disk. We do not keep a copy. We do not use your file to train anything.
When you use the manual editor, your file never leaves your device. Everything runs in your browser.
Legal basis: performance of a service you requested.
We use Google Analytics to record page views, error counts, and browser type. IP addresses are truncated by Google before storage in the EU. We do not link analytics data to any user identity.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating and improving the service.
If you use the Report Bug button, we store the message and, if you provided one, your email address. We use those only to read and reply to you. They are stored in our Redis instance and are never shared.
Legal basis: consent, and legitimate interest in responding to support requests.
We use your browser's local storage to keep your forum handle, your game streak, and your leaderboard scores. None of this is sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes all of it.
We do not set first-party cookies for tracking. Google Analytics may set cookies to distinguish sessions. You can block these in your browser without losing access to the tool.
Our infrastructure runs primarily in the United States and the European Union. If you are in the EEA or the UK, data may be transferred to servers in the United States. Where that happens we rely on standard contractual clauses.

To exercise any of these, email webdiven1@gmail.com. If you are in the EU or UK and are not happy with our response, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA including the right to know what we collect, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
The service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on the homepage for thirty days.
